My first play through, I didn't experience any problems and did a blind clear, but then it crashed at the end of the survival spell every single time. It turns out that you need to be bombing when the survival spell ends, otherwise the game will crash. If you are in a regular state, it will crash. If you are in trance, it will crash. If you are dead/dying, it will crash.
