Yes its true, Suzumiya Haruhi Live action J-Drama has been confirmed to hit television screens all over Japan. The above image displays who has been cast for the show. If you haven’t noticed already, Kenichi Matsuyama and Erika Today who played L and Misa respectively in the Death Note movies will appear in this live action rendition of this anime classic. I can’t wait to see these actors in actual costume, because as of right now the American actors look a little bit better; but that is just me. This announcement was totally unexpected and left Dick McVengeance and the rest of Japanator’s writers speechless; let’s just hope it lives up to the high expectations otaku all over the world will place on this series as time goes on. UPDATE: The story so far is currently under question. But our esper powers informs us that this might just be a leaked story. Only time and time travelers will tell.
